Jonathon Nolan breaks the law.

Well, whilst I was preparing the long list of dubious behaviour by Mr Nolan, this was brought to my attention.

Now, I am not going to post what it says as, as far as I can tell, it is illegal, but it is right there, and screenshot's etc have been saved & passed on to the appropriate authorities.. And this is how it is illegal:

He is totally in breach of this:

s.111 Domestic Violence and Protection Orders Act 2008 (ACT)
111 Publication of reports about proceedings—offence
(1) A person commits an offence if—
(a) the person publishes (completely or partly) an account or report of a proceeding on an application for a protection order; and
(b) the account or report—
(i) identifies a party to the proceeding; or
(ii) identifies a person who is related to, or associated with, a party to the proceeding or is, or is claimed to be, in any other way concerned in the matter to which the proceeding relates; or
(iii) identifies a witness to the proceeding; or
(iv) allows the identity of a person mentioned in subparagraph (i), (ii) or (iii) to be worked out.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.

Once again Nolan shows his flagrant disregard for the law, his abuse of proces and (possibly) has proved a conspiracy against Mr Brisciani.

Meet the Mr Jonathon Nolan I want to talk about - disbarred lawyer and owner of Pisces All Media (international), who did something at the University of Adelaide. I don't know what - yet.
I will post much more as I feel like it/get evidence of his underhand ways.

Here we go:

OK - he is an ex-lawyer in the Northern Territories of Australia, disbarred for defalcation from a trust account (basically stealing from a clients account).

He has been describing himself (falsely) as a barrister (page 9 HERE). This has been reported to the appropriate authorities in Australia. Their decision regarding this is eagerly awaited.

Introductory bollocks.

Right, this blog is probably going to be short lived Because Mr Nolan is notoriously prone to threatening/scaring sites with threats of legal proceedings. This is especially true in Australia, but it is a more widespread disease than this. He never follows through with these threats, but many hosters run scared of his legal intimidation.

Well, guess what Mr Nolan - I'm not going to - which is why you can SUCK MY SACK.
